Anti-corrosion of steel structure design

If the steel is exposed outdoors for a long time to be eroded by natural forces such as wind and rain, it will inevitably rust and aging, its own bearing capacity will decline, and the aesthetics of the building will also be affected. Therefore, the anti-corrosion problem is also a common problem that needs to be solved in the design of steel structure buildings. The current approach is mainly to use new anti-corrosion and construction materials. In the actual architectural design, designers encounter special requirements for the designed buildings when they encounter steel structure buildings, such as painting anti-rust coatings, and fire-resistant coatings are paints. The general practice of fire-retardant coating is to first brush the red lead antirust primer twice, then brush the steel structure topcoat twice (the color of the topcoat is determined by Party A). In addition, there are certain requirements for the construction of steel structural members of steel structures. For example, the components are painted with red antirust primer before leaving the factory; after the steel structure is installed and adjusted, it is cleaned, and then the primer is painted once and the topcoat is twice. However, although there are various types of anti-corrosion coatings, more effective anti-corrosion coatings need to be imported from abroad. I think as China's comprehensive national strength increases, China will produce better new anti-corrosion coatings.
