Detailed construction process:

3. The back wall of the embedded steel plate is slotted and shoveled (leveling layer). The back wall of the frame is also shoveled out. The intention is to make the load-bearing solid wall closely connect the frame to avoid falling and more useful stress. .

6. Main girder device; after the scene, the two ends of the anchor are measured for fine cutting, and then cut after the actual measurement. If the span is small, try to use shaped steel, the error is not more than 4mm. Due to the constraints of on-site construction conditions, construction machinery cannot be entered on site, and manpower equipment is organized to a height of 3.7m. The above four workers and two workers on the ground are required to manually pull the device with 3 tons of hoist tied to the steel beam. It takes 10 sets of 3 tons of gourd to cooperate with 6 manual workers and 5 working days to complete the lifting. 7. Steel floor bearing plate device. The two ends of the slab shall be overlapped on the main beam of the steel keel, and shall not be overlapped in the empty space. When laying the board, pay attention to the 3mm elastic seam between the board and the board. Use waterproof elastic construction glue as the caulking agent. The fixing method uses self-tapping screws.
